Cam builds the programming and leads coaching across strength, conditioning, and gymnastics — with an eye for detail that franchise gyms simply can't match.

Owner / Operations
Keeps everything running behind the scenes. Tom's the one you'll chat with at your consult — he'll learn about your goals and make sure you're set up for success.

You'll feel at home in our coached small group sessions. The energy and community are there, but with a key difference: every session follows a structured strength & gymnastics programme. You're not just getting a sweat — you're building real, measurable strength with proper coaching on every movement.
We keep classes small so every person gets coached. You won't be just another number following a screen. Our coaches know your name, your goals, and where you're at in the programme.
Absolutely. Our programme is designed to progress you. Whether you've been training for 6 months or 6 years, the strength work, conditioning, and gymnastics elements will challenge you in ways that random circuit training simply can't.
Sessions are 60 minutes. You'll warm up with purpose, then work through a structured strength, gymnastics, or conditioning component with coaching on technique. Every session has a clear goal — not just 'get tired'.
Monday to Friday: 6am, 9:30am, 5pm, and 6pm. Saturday mornings. Most members train 3–5 times per week.
Memberships range from $50–$65 per week depending on frequency. We also offer a 28-Day Experience for $199 — unlimited classes for 28 days so you can properly experience the coaching and community before committing.
