Antics was founded in 2018 in Auckland with a simple belief: training should be coached, structured, and built to help people get genuinely stronger — not just tired.
We saw too many gyms that either left people to figure it out on their own, or ran random high-intensity sessions with no long-term plan. We wanted to build something different — a place where every session has purpose, every coach is invested, and every member is supported.
That's what Antics is. A coaching-led training space where strength comes first, and everything else is built around it.
