The Team

Co-Owner & Coach
Cam represented New Zealand in trampolining at the Youth Olympics — an experience that shaped his obsession with technical precision and structured progression. From there, he competed at a high level in functional fitness before building the Antics programme from the ground up.
He designs the programming, leads the coaching team, and sets the standard for every session on the floor. Strength first, everything else follows.

Tom left the corporate world to invest in Antics — because he experienced firsthand what real coaching does for your training. He handles consultations, onboarding, and the member experience from day one.
You'll meet Tom first. He'll make sure you start with clarity, confidence, and a plan — so when you step onto the floor, you know exactly where you're heading.

Absolutely. Every session is coached, and every movement is scaled to your level. We've had members start who haven't trained in years. The coaching is designed to meet you where you are and build you up from there.
Most group fitness classes focus on getting you tired. We focus on getting you strong. Every session follows a structured strength programme — not a random workout generator. You'll learn proper technique, progress week to week, and actually understand why you're doing what you're doing. The coaching here is real, not just someone counting reps.
Unlimited access to all coached group classes for 28 days. That means you can train as many times per week as you like. It's the best way to experience the coaching, the community, and the programme before committing to a membership.
We meet everyone before they start. It's a quick, relaxed chat — we'll learn about your goals, show you the gym, and make sure Antics is the right fit for you. It's not a sales pitch. We genuinely want to make sure you'll thrive here.
Monday to Friday: 6am, 9:30am, 5pm, and 6pm. Saturday: 8:30am. Sunday is a rest day. Most members train 3–5 times per week.
