What is Antics?

Antics was built because we saw a gap. Most gyms either leave you to figure it out on your own, or throw you into a high-intensity class where technique is an afterthought.

We wanted to create something different — a place where every session is coached, every programme is structured, and every member is supported. Strength comes first. Everything else is built around it.
